Matin Latin is brand new, so you're not likely to find someone with experience with it yet. It's supposed to be more "user-friendly" and a program that can be used alongside of the Latin Primers or instead of at the early stage. The Latin Primers assume a knowledge of Latin although it's not impossible to use if you don't have that knowledge. Latinia Christiana doesn't asume a Latin background, and that's one reason why so many like it. If you can work your way through the first ten chapters of Wheelock's on your own, that will get you far in teaching your younger children Latin. There is a study group online for studying Wheelock's and a new beginner's group is beginning in September. I can post the information if anyone is interested.
